Ironing

The VEIT Varioset ironing tables are worldwide known for their great performance, their long lifetime and their reliability. The VEIT Varioset has been since its introduction in the early 1980s continuously further developed and improved. It was the first ironing table in the world which has been designed as a building block system, making it easy to change surfaces and bucks or change pointing left or right. The Varisoet DB tables are mountable, as required, pointing left or right. They can be equipped with various shapes and sizes of ironing surfaces and are ideal for the ironing of skirts, dresses, jackets and blouses. A swivelarm assembly designed for a large variety of ironing bucks as well as a support gantry and a lighting system make this station a perfect ironing unit for processing of ladies’ wear. The suction and blowing function is standard with all Varioset tables. Quick and exact regulation of suction and blowing quantity by key pressure on the electronic control unit. The newest generation of VEIT Tunnel Finisher 8657 sets high standards in finish quality, particularly with difficult fabrics such as cotton, linen and leather.The VEIT Steam Tunnel consists of minimum one Steam Module and one Circulating Air Module. Optionally a Pre-treatment Module can be added at the entrance of the Tunnel Finisher which allows an improved finish result with natural fibers. In the steam module the garment is treated with superheated steam making the garment swell and formable. The circulating air module with its elaborate air flow straightens the garment and fixes the result by drying the garment.

The VEIT 8410 Knitwear Finisher is a revolutionary concept for sizing and finishing of all types of knit tops. The machine will accommodate polo-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters and other similar garments (long and short sleeves), and produce a consistent high quality mark-free finish. With the VEIT 8410 Knitwear Finisher, all areas of the garment are carefully finished due to the precise design of the form. Hems are flat finished without marks on the outer face of the fabric. Perfectly pressed side seams which are placed precisely on the form (to the back or the front of the garment as required) Clamp for holding collar and neck neatly in place throughout the finishing process. The small electro steam generator 2331 is made for use in tailor shops, alteration rooms and dry cleaning shops for connection of one steam iron. The big filling capacity (almost 6 litres / 1.5 gallon) of the stainless steel boiler guarantees an operating time of several hours. When the water level reaches the minimum an acoustic signal reminds of refilling and switches the heating off. A refill can be done within a few minutes. Extensive safety measures protect of operating errors and ensure a safe operation of the steam generator. For the trouble free operation of the steam generator we recommend the use of our binding agent Lapidon. 2.2 kW / 230 V for 3.0 kg steam/h, one solenoid valve for one iron. Connection for one iron. 001V SERIES. 001V Automatic Pocket Pressing Unit, two in one (identical independent heads), equipped with special features, standard working area (208 x 217mm). These machines operate using a very simple but incredibly efficient system, with double independent pressing heads that can be managed by a single unskilled operator ,which runs both sides at the same time and considerably increases the rate of production. The units also have two independent electronic thermostats to regulate the pressing temperature and a PLC to set up the cycle time. The design of the pocket jigs is extremely simple, making it possible for them to be delivered in a very short time and at low cost or even made locally. They are supplied to suit either Light Weight (L), Medium Weight (M) or Heavy Weight (H) material, accordingly to the specifications of the customer.

The automatic back pocket hemmer V700 is one of the new unit Vibemac presented in 2009.
The previous version has been modified and improved with the latest technical innovations.
Among all the new features this unit boasts improved sewing performances, more flexibility and incredible stitching quality. Able to stitch on every kind of fabric, any size of pocket, without making any adjustment to the machine. The machine is also equipped with stacker and a high capacity rotating disk where to store up to 600 hemmed pockets.

Fully Automatic Pocket Setter Unit, we had a target… To develop a fully automatic workstation which is: flexible, has a low running cost, is versatile, and requires less maintenance expenses while being as user friendly as the semi-automatic unit 2516V4/V2. The operator places the pocket into the loader of the creasing 005V unit, the pocket is folded automatically. Once the pocket comes out (already folded), the loader device C-005V grabs the pocket and sets it in the loader device of the 2516V4/V2 unit.

Mark 11 the world-wide best-seller fully automatic button wrapping machine for high speed and large volume. The machine wraps and secures any type of button at high speed and with constant precision. Wrapping, sealing and finishing the button shank only takes about one second. The economical use of filament (saves up to 40% when compared to Mk.6) and the computer controlled process make this machine ideally suited for all large volume producers.
The machine has three programs which can be preset, enabling fast switching from one shank style to another. Programmable Unit For Pocket Embroidery or Ornamental Seams
1010 V4/V3D unit is equipped with the widest range of shapes available on the market. Thanks to the special frame (patented) it is possible to perform embroidery with the widest range of shapes available on the market whilst at the same time maintaining high performance levels.

The 002V unit presses the patch all the way round its perimeter, thus considerably speeding up the subsequent sewing operation which can be performed using the VIBEMAC 2516 V2 unit. The use of a simple and reliable technology also makes the machine easy to manage for unskilled personnel. The 002V unit is capable of pressing the greatest variety of shapes or designs of patches, made up of practically any kind of material, and its operation is electro-pneumatic, which means without the use of steam. The 1010V4F1/VF1 is an automatic programmable unit driven by a Stepping (HI TORQUE) motor. This unit carries out “J” seams on the front fly panel of jeans and casual trousers. It can be used for 4 different operations: automatic loading of the fly-piece with zip or button holes, back pocket design, darts & plats stitching, and run flap stitch, giving an excellent daily rate of production even without a skilled operator. As this unit is also programmable, it permits the creation of customized stitching with maximum freedom of style (any fashion stitch), allowing for the identification of a particular brand by the front view. Performing this operation drastically reduces the probability of a particular model or brand to be plagiarized. The extreme flexibility of the unit can be transformed into a complete module for other stitching processes such as rear pocket embroidery, darts or plats stitching, as well as running flap stitches in a matter of minutes!
