VIBEMAC 2516V4 AUTOMATIC BACK POCKET SETTER

The 2516V4 DCT applies any kind of pre-pressed patch pockets on jeans and casual trousers, army-pants and work wear. It is equipped with Mitsubishi PLK-G direct drive double needle lock stitch sewing head, with shuttle hook and thread trimmer. The first worldwide double colour device patented by Vi.Be.Mac. allows to stitch with 2 threads in 2 different colors in one single sewing cycle. The patented loading-holding system allows the complete freedom of style of stitching any kind of pattern the fashion style requests. The cost of the moulds is the cheapest worldwide, delivered by Vi.Be.Mac. in 3 working days, they can even be made locally. It is possible to stitch any shape of pockets (round, square, pockets with zip, asymmetric pockets), it is possible to apply labels, to sew darts and pleats, aps, labels, to embroider back pockets, patch cargo pockets. By means of the user friendly touch screen panel it is extremely easy to create any kind of pattern desired, it’s also possible to purchase a software to create the patterns on the PC or to send a sketch to our pocket design department and have it sent in maximum 24 hours readymade, download it on a ash memory stick and upload it on the machine.

3022BHE Bottom hemming unit

Vi.Be.Mac. is proud to present another achievement in its range of machines, entirely designed and manufactured in its own factory. The 3022 BHE represents the market’s solution to trouser hemline problems: accurate, productive and characterised by the flexibility that has become the hallmark of all Vi.Be.Mac.  products.

Technical features:

The design of the sewing head allows to , in case of changes of style, no need to supplied, in about 20/25 minutes you will be ready to start sewing your new style. It is possible to work outside or inside out, replacing the folder, whose width of the hem goes from 9 to 30 mm with a standard folder, up to 42 mm with an optional folder sold separately. The stitch length setting is electronic thus easier, faster and adjustable in a matter of few seconds. The puller system, a Vi.Be.Mac. invention, is composed by a lower roller feeder with an extremely powerful, patented upper puller, that easily handles the more delicate operations like crossovers or lap felling, especially with heavy fabrics. Complete the picture a king size capacity rotating hook, with decreased loss of time due to the need to change the bobbin and the smallest cylinder arm in the market that permit to work easily even kids and ladies garments.

2262HP 3 needle reverse lap feed of the arm unit

Developed in order to fulfill the demand of the customers for launching a reverse lap feed of the arm, the 2262HP is the “sister” of the most famous 2261HP. It’s strong, fast, precise, consistent in the stitch length even on the thickest parts! The 2262HP is a reverse-arm lap felling unit, 3 needle chain stitch, for double lap seaming on jeans, casual trousers, work clothes and denim clothes in general. This machine is particularly suitable to sew back yoke, back rise, inseam and out seams, plus top stitch operations. It does not have rivals also when used for shirts.

V364.1 2 needle chainstitch flatbed felling unit

The V364.1 is a at bed machine equipped with Vi.Be.Mac. sewing head, 2 needle chain stitch, needle feed and semi-dry lubrication. Ideal for lap felling of the yoke seams, rise seams, inseam & outseam, top stitch. This model ensures user-friendliness, high-quality sewing, production and reduced maintenance expenses. The machine’s soft belt puller device, the revolutionary presser foot equipped with DCP technology (Dynamic Control of the Pressure on the presser foot) and the useful table that comes already assembled with the machine make this unit a very functional working station.

1010V4 SERIES Automatic back pocket decorative unit – labels

The whole range of 1010V4 (double color) and 1010V4M (single color) series is an example of our Jeans Technology Vision. Vi.Be.Mac. R&D dept. strikes again thanks to a working station with enormous advantages in terms of productivity of the loader and stacker system (+25{bb0e42548e085ea7efb8370e09981a6a4bf66ea748b8c3c345c5d05ac86bea7e}), which allows an unskilled operator to handle easily 2 or even 3 units. At the same time, besides the pocket decorative function, the 1010V4 DCT can perform other operations, in single or double color mode: attaching coin pockets (SP-version), labels, patches and velcro®, stitching flaps, sewing darts and pleats. The 1010V4 series, with its double color technology, contributes in making this machine the perfect solution between h flexibility, productivity, quality of the output and low running costs.

4650EV9@UP2 Automatic belt loop setter

Unit 4650EV9@UP2 is the new Vi.Be.Mac. belt loop setter, and it’s the result of our 37 year experience (the first version of the machine dates back to 1980). In this latest model significant improvements have been introduced from every point of view: the unit is much more silent than the previous one, much faster in the change of loop length, it is equipped with new cutting device granting much better performances; hardware and software are entirely designed and produced by Vi.Be.Mac.
